Turkey Chilli
A nourishing, protein-packed one pot dinner perfect for batch cooking
This turkey chilli is one of my go-to high-protein, lower-fat dinners when I want something comforting but still aligned with how I like to eat. Made with lean turkey mince and plenty of vegetables, it’s rich and deeply satisfying without feeling heavy.
It’s an easy one-pot recipe that comes together with minimal effort, making it perfect for busy weeknights or weekend batch cooking. The gentle addition of a cinnamon stick simmered in the sauce adds subtle warmth and depth — not sweetness — just that “what is that?” complexity.
Serve it over rice, spoon it into wraps, pile it onto baked sweet potatoes or simply enjoy it with Greek yoghurt and a squeeze of lime.
Balanced, high in protein, naturally lower in fat — proper comfort food that works for real life. 🤍
